Background: My Experience in 2019
In 2019, I worked for a company that I believed was building innovative solutions for rideshare drivers. After a few months of dedication, I encountered serious issues:
- Unpaid Compensation: Despite working diligently, I did not receive the pay I was promised, and thousands of dollars in expenses remained unpaid.
- Unethical Practices: It became clear that the company’s practices were not only unethical but also possibly involved illegal activities.
Realizing these red flags, I decided to step away immediately to protect my professional integrity.
Defamation Campaign and Legal Action
Soon after my departure, I discovered that:
- Misuse of My Name: My name was being exploited to gain investor trust and defraud both investors and community members.
- Defamatory Content: In retaliation, a defamation campaign emerged in the form of false blog posts. These posts not only misrepresented my actions but also contained malicious content about my family—including my wife, mother, sister, and even my brother-in-law.
To defend my reputation and hold those responsible accountable, I have filed a defamation lawsuit.
